Adding a discount code is a piece of cake with these easy steps:

1. Add the IXXI you desire to your shopping cart.
2. Go to your shopping cart and click on the "Gift card / discount code" button.
3. Enter your code and hit "Apply".

Please note: you can only use one discount code or gift card per order.

It's frustrating when your discount code or gift card isn't cooperating! There could be various reasons, so grab the terms & conditions you received with your code and check:

1. Is your promo code or gift card still valid, or has the promotion ended?
2. Does the promo code or gift card apply to the items you want to purchase?
3. Did a typing error or extra spaces sneak into the text of your promo code or gift card when copying or entering it? Check for capitalization and ensure there are no unwanted spaces before or after the code.
