No, you cannot combine 10×10 cm and 20×20 cm cards in the same IXXI design. The cards are different sizes and cannot be mixed because of spacing and cutting margins. For consistent results, use cards of one size per design.

The required resolution depends on your IXXI’s final size. For 10×10 cm cards, use 300–500 pixels; for 20×20 cm cards, 600–1,000 pixels. Yes, you can disassemble your IXXI and hang it on another wall. Powerstrips are for single use, but you can purchase replacement Powerstrips on our website. Alternatively, for a complete solution, use our Move Kit, which includes new wall clips, Powerstrips, and step-by-step instructions for reinstalling your IXXI.

No, once your order is placed and confirmed, it goes directly into production and cannot be modified or canceled, including photo products. It is therefore important to carefully review your design before completing your order.

Because every IXXI wall decoration is custom‑made especially for you, most IXXI products cannot be returned once ordered. This includes all personalised and printed IXXI wall decorations. That’s why returns are generally not offered for custom‑made pieces.

What Can Be Returned?
Although custom IXXIs cannot be returned, there are a few exceptions. You can return the following items if they are unused and still in the original packaging:
