Every IXXI is printed and made to order according to your exact specifications: your image, your size, your layout. The size is always custom. Products made to order are not covered by the statutory right of withdrawal, and as soon as your payment is confirmed our automated printing process starts immediately.

Quality guarantee
Did your IXXI arrive damaged or with a printing error? We'll always make it right - so you can enjoy your IXXI as soon as possible.
Accessories
For accessories such as the Hanging System, Photo Album or Storage Book, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions: the product must be unused and in its original packaging, contact us at mail@ixxi.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and return shipping costs are at your own expense. Once we've received and inspected the item, we'll process your refund.
Shipping costs with a partial return
Returning part of your order and keeping the rest? Then we don't refund the shipping costs. These costs are always factored into your order, even if you had free shipping, and the delivery was needed for the part you keep as well.
We settle the rate below against your refund.
