Terms & Conditions IXXI Shopping Days Giveaway

These terms and conditions apply to the IXXI Shopping Days Giveaway, organised by IXXI

Concepts B.V., registered in Nijmegen, the Netherlands (CoC: 58172998).

Article 1 – Promotion period

The promotion runs from Thursday 14 May 2026 to Monday 1 June 2026, 23:59 CEST. Orders

placed outside this period are not eligible.

Article 2 – Eligibility

The promotion is open to everyone who places an order on ixxi.com during the promotion period.

There is no minimum order value. Each order counts as one (1) entry, regardless of the number of

products in the order. Multiple orders during the promotion period result in multiple entries.

Participation is automatic upon placing an order.

IXXI employees and directly involved partners are excluded from participation. Cancelled or fully

returned orders are not eligible.

Article 3 – The prize

A total of 50 prizes will be given away. Each prize consists of:

– 1× IXXI Photo Album

– 1× Photo voucher for 16 free photos

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product and is non-transferable. IXXI

reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equal value if the original prize is

unavailable.

Article 4 – Drawing & announcement

The 50 winners will be randomly selected by IXXI from all valid orders placed during the promotion

period. The drawing will take place on Friday 5 June 2026. Winners will be notified by email using

the email address provided with their order.

Article 5 – Voucher

The photo voucher must be redeemed within 6 months of issue. The voucher is single-use and

cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes, unless stated otherwise.

Article 6 – Liability

IXXI is not liable for technical failures, delays or communication errors that may affect participation

or the announcement of winners. IXXI is not liable for any damage resulting from participation in

the promotion or use of the prize. Printing and typographical errors are reserved.

Article 7 – Fraud

IXXI reserves the right to disqualify participants in the event of suspected fraud, manipulation or

abuse of the promotion.

Article 8 – Privacy

Personal data collected in connection with this promotion will only be used for the execution of the

promotion and to contact winners. IXXI processes personal data in accordance with the General

Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See the IXXI privacy policy at ixxi.com for more information.

Article 9 – Changes

IXXI reserves the right to terminate, modify or adjust the promotion prematurely in the event of

force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, without IXXI being held liable. Any changes will be

communicated via ixxi.com.

Article 10 – Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted exclusively to

the competent court in 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands, unless IXXI chooses to bring

proceedings before another competent court.
