Because each piece is uniquely produced for you, we can't offer a standard return policy on our wall art. But we won't leave you hanging - every IXXI comes with our satisfaction guarantee, and we'll always work with you to find a solution.

Our automated printing system starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. Because your IXXI is produced to order, cancellations and returns are typically not possible.

Accessories

For accessories such as the Expansion Kit, Move Kit, Photo Album or Storage Book, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions: the product must be unused and in its original packaging, contact us at mail@ixxi.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and return shipping costs are at your own expense. Once we've received and inspected the item, we'll process your refund.
